        The woman who answers the phone there should not be the one receiving calls on their behalf. Why have such a rude person answer the phone for a place that veterans go for help outside of an already broken system? the professionalism of this place dropped significantly it appears. Veterans who call should not be meet such a bad taste in their mouth because the first person who answers apparently thinks they can talk to anyone like they don't know any better.
