My son was told that they would mail out his tags and title for his car. We had to call and have the tags mailed, but he received them after he went to pay for replacement tags. Still waiting for title and I called today to check on it and was told he had to go pick them up and we got hung up on they first time and this time we got called profanity names and got hung on again. Very rude and unprofessional.

Russell Giles dba Giles Motors has a judgement pending for $11,000. The court in Waco determined my car was illegally repossessed twice and I am owed the money I paid into the vehicle and lost wages due to their illegal repossessions. Of course Russell is avoiding paying said judgement and interest is accruing daily. Let it be known if the judgment is not satisfied quickly further actions will be taken against this car lot. It would behoove them to go ahead and get that cashiers check vs losing a lot of inventory that will be confiscated for a sheriff sale to recover said judgement.
