I do NOT recommend this loan place to anyone and If I could give them a zero then I would. I called because I just wanted to let them know that I would be late on my payment due to Job changes and the lady that I talked to was very rude and disrespectful. She didn't give a damn what I was going through is what she basically said in so many words and by 5pm I better had come up with the money to pay them. She said if I had to donate plasma, give blood, borrow it from friends or a family member or whatever I had to do, just get it. And all I really was wanting to tell her was that I was going to be late making my payment. She said all of that and more right after I said that I would be late making a payment. She said since it was just my second payment and I would be late that they couldn't do anything for me. Mind you, I didn't ask for any favors, just wanted them to know that I would be late making my payment because I start another job Wednesday. Whatever late fees I had to pay then I would that's IF I couldn't get the money by then. She even started talking about asking my husband for the money and do he pay my bills for me.....She was just doing too much. When I pay them back I WILL NOT renew anything with them. Please do not get a loan from them. Because I shouldn't have to be talked to the way that she talked to me. She seriously hurt my feelings, I could have been going through something much worse and she wouldn't care and to add to that I could hear it in her voice that she didn't care what I was going through. Stay away from this place, go elsewhere if you can.
