We recently purchased a Hot Spring Spa from Lake Air Pool Supply. They were great to work with! Brian Furrow took extra time to educate us after the store closed on a Saturday! He taught us more than we ever knew about the model we were interested in and answered all our questions. They did a site review before delivery to help us decide exactly where to place it and the delivery was flawless. We love our Hot Springs Spa! Thank you Brian and Lake Air Pool Supply!

Been a client since 2008. Great service! Great Staff! Even though we now live 60 miles away from Waco, just had our third spa delivered and installed. A GREAT JOB DONE ON A VERY HOT DAY!

They were à great help. Ran à sample of our water. Showed up what we need to fix our troubles. The sales lady didn't try to pressure us into buying thing we didn't need. Infact she told us what we didn't need. Great job.

I'm a 60 year old widow who needs bilateral hip replacement , and don't want it! I contacted Daniel. I explained that I was very interested in a hot tub, but wasn't sure if I would be able to get in. He invited me to the store to see if I could get in. I was able to get in. He suggested that I get the extra handrail. I did. I wanted a really small hot tub, because I am the only one using it. Daniel gave me a great deal on a slightly larger one with steps, cover and the handrail! Plus he suggested that I speak with my surgeon and get a prescription which made it tax free! Daniel came to my home to make sure I was ready for delivery. I just used paving stones. Chris and Brian came to deliver and set up they were great! My experience was wonderful all around! I can't thank these three young men enough. I'm in my hot tub at least three or four times a day. I exercise in it. I relax in it, and I love it!!
