Im currently budgeting for our new pool, weve designed into our barndominium project. I literally just had a technician in designer rhinestone blue jeans from this company, attempt to bully me in Ace Harware. Im glad I listened to where and who he works for. Obviously manners are not atop the list of practical virtues.

This company does custom Gunite swimming pools. They want to capture your vision and build your dream pool. (Not a pool they think you should own).They are family owned and operated and they love what they do. There passion for building the best pools in Waco is a understatement. They came out twice to do estimates and never came to do the work. I had waited too long for Crystal Clear over 2 months and no service. My pool turned deep green; so my pool had to be drained and power washed. Ultimately, I spent more money to get my pool fixed by another company thanks to Crystal Clear.

Crystal Clear recently finished our new pool and we are so excited and happy. The building process was very smooth and professional. Once we signed the contract, Lindsey was awesome to work with on picking out the tile, plaster and coping. Tammy always alerted us to when the different phases were going to take place and what to expect. We enjoyed discussing the pool building process and next steps with Adam and AJ as they were onsite during the different phases and were overseeing construction. This is our second pool this family has built for us and we highly recommend them. Great communication, you know what to expect and the different contractors were very professional and showed a lot of attention to detail. AJ also does a great job with pool school to go over everything and explain the filtering system and how it works. Thank you.

I cannot say enough about how great our experience was with Crystal Clear! I deal with building contractors every day with work, and we had just gone through a less than great experience building our home with the contractors. Crystal Clear was fantastic at communicating every step of the process, always available for questions and concerns along the way, and honest about every detail of what is involved in building a pool. They treat you like family, and we are so very appreciative! Our beautiful pool is exactly what we wanted! Thank you guys for taking such wonderful care!
