        Horrible customer service. The retail agent Josh Velazquez refused to get my father-in-law the shoes he was comfortable wearing and insisted that he gets a size that he recommended. Even though my father-in-law told him what HE was comfortable wearing on the worksite multiple times. He showed 0 concern or compassion for what the customer wanted and proceeded to refuse to give us the shoes he wanted. I don't recommend this location or Josh unless you're looking to ruin your weekend.
