Jamie and his team took on 4 properties I owned in the Waco area. They jumped in right away and from the outset I could sense their professional, proactive business approach. They skillfully handled difficult tenant situations and were invaluable in coordinating some necessary repairs, some of which were substantial and required meaningful time and attention from his team. Their owner reports were clear and timely. Ive now sold the rentals, but I wouldnt hesitate to use them again if the need arise again in the future.

Compass is a wonderful!! I had a clogged toilet over the weekend, I was so worried! But that very day a plumber came out and they were very efficient and professional. In just a couple minutes the toilet was working. Actually Compass is always on my side..they feel like part of the family. Always going out of their way to make me a happy customer. Great job!!

They did great. Came and took care of the issue. The maintenance man continuously communicated with me and took care of the issues quickly and did a great job. A great company overall.

The worst property manager Ive ever had, Ive had constant maintenance request issues. Cant get a hold of anyone over the phone for over a week now, have had to put multiple maintenance tickets in for the same issue on multiple occasions. Impossible to get any information regarding anything for our property. Update regarding the reply: you dont need the bosses permission to answer 20+ phone calls I made trying to get one person to help me. Or tell me literally any information whatsoever, this also happened with my washer and dryer issue that took over a month to fix. Did you need the bosses permission to answer the phone calls about that?
