Sales persons answered all my many questions so that I could select best path forward to get though this paint shortage. I'm happier with the paint I selected over what I went in to purchase which is out of stock.

The customer service here cant be beat! Eric was amazing I needed stain for new cabinets, and I had some of the cabinet wood with me. Eric took the time to talk with me about stains, and stained the wood with as many colors as I wanted to see. Sherwin Williams product is SO much better than other stuff

I had a professional contractor coming to paint the living room and ceiling. You get what you pay for when it comes to paint, so when hiring the pros, you need pro paint. The product I wanted was Duration, and the Lake Air store was zero-balance. Jose did some searching and found what I needed in Temple, then arranged for 3 gallons to be transported to Waco P.D.Q. Two days later, the paint crew had the Duration in hand. And let me tell ya, it looks goo-ood! Thanks Jose!
