They overbook so expect your appt for eye exam be a hour or two late. Listened to older staff assisting people select glasses being rude to customers. Mine assistant didn't care about anything one way or other just pushing most expensive options. The eye doctor was good and initial screener but other than that I would give rest less than glowing reviews. Nobody notified me my glasses where ready. After two weeks I had to call myself only to found yes they were in...big box store that doesn't care about customers. First and last time l will ever use them!

I went into this place last week because I originally called and asked for a copy of my 2 prescriptions and them my glasses are blurry. I spoke to someone named joel who said he could email it to me and fix my glasses no charge. Once I got this email I was annoyed at the way it looked. He basically printed it out,took a picture of it and sent it to me via email. The document wasn't signed by the doctor. I'm thinking it would be a pdf or downloadable, professional looking that i can take somewhere else. No it looked like something my 3 year old niece would do. So I had to go there....once I got there a older blonde lady "tried " to help. When I told her I wanted a better copy of my prescriptions, she asked to see what I had. I told her I can't take this anywhere. She said you just need to print it out first of all very rude to say. I also told her I wanted my trial contacts. She said well you didn't pay for those. It doesn't matter they are mine assigned to me and I'm sure I paid somehow when I gave this company $300+. Anyway she was awful and rude and need to take a customer service class or not work with people. So this lady starts to look through all of those thousands of little files on the wall for my prescriptions. Finally the young lady that helped me before came over and helped me. I showed her the terrible email I got from Joel. She printed it out and had the doctor sign it, give my trial contacts. She was awesome sorry I didn't get her name,but she gets 5 stars. Joel and that older blonde lady gets a zero. Last thing, they are supposed to teach you how to put contacts in. When I scheduled a time, 20 minutes before I was supposed to be there they called and canceled on me. I told them this sucks it will be months before I can come back for that due to my work schedule. That was in February, we are now in April. Long story short, awful experience they should be ashamed calling themselves Americans Best. I will not be going back there due to this none Americans Best treatment and absolutely no I don't want you fixing my glasses. Don't want anything from you all.
