I was a walk in and I was greeted then asked what services I would like I stated a pedicure. They told me to pick a color whole time only one of them was busy working on another client . I picked my color and sat down she proceeded to tell me to remove the gel painting from my toes that it would be a upcharge I agree and she moves on with removing . She doesn't let my teeth soak a full ten minutes before barely brushing over my heels and calluses on my feet . She then proceed to rush thru when she thinks I'm not looking so I get off the phone and start really paying attention now because she cut my big toe removing more of my skin than needed and then I asked for squared toes she proceeds to round them she cuts my other big toe and then proceeds with the pedicure and sprays my feet with alcohol knowing I've already told her she cut me twice then her and the other lady are talking in a different language and she starts laughing like hurting the customer is a joke two more ladies walk in so now she is really rushing for me to get out of her chair . I am usually a huge tipper but she has hurt my feet and still charged me for a pedicure where I was not satisfied. I still paid and left 0 out of 10 I do NOT RECOMMEND . Service: Pedicure
