ME TIME NAILS

My friend told me about Me Time Nails. The salon is gorgeous very clean and modern. Missy did my nails and she was very kind. She did a amazing job on my nails. I got dip with French tips and my toes are French tips as well! I will definitely be back to her.

I never leave bad reviews but I will not be revisiting this salon & do not recommend. Tried out this salon because a friend had a color I really liked that she said she got done there & highly recommend them. I got a manicure & pedicure with gel on both. Greeting was underwhelming & uninviting from the get go. When I gave them the color name they acted as if I was difficult for not having pictures (I really thought the name of the color was going to be most helpful). Being 38 weeks pregnant I was looking forward to a good foot massage with hopes of it even inducing labor but the guy barely rubbed lotion on my legs and was so gentle as if he was scared. The color ended up not being right but I hate to complain & had a 2 year old to get home to so I left unsatisfied (I realize that is on me!). I ended up going back the next day because I just couldnt get past the color (that was the whole purpose of choosing this place to begin with) & ask to have it changed. I felt I was very nice. I was super embarrassed to even be asking such a thing & apologized way too many times because I felt so terrible about it! The lady did my nails but did not speak to me or even hardly make eye contact. It was so awkward! When finished they started to tell me bye so I ask about the color on my toes, which I had specifically mentioned both when coming in to say I did not like the color (I used the same color for both my nails & toes) why would I change one but not the other? The lady seemed very frustrated that they were having to fix my toes also as if I had caught her off guard. It felt so awkward & unfriendly by that point I was counting down the minutes to get out of there! She rushed through doing my toes, might I mention they did not massage my hands or feet or do anything extra during this time just simply took color off & put new color on. When finished with my toes though the girl simply said you are good to go & walked away. She did not lift up the handle on the chair or help me with my shoes, remind you in 38 weeks pregnant but that should be standard regardless in my opinion! Zero customer service by that point & it was very clear they wanted me out of there just as much as I wanted to be gone! Having a 2 year old while 38 weeks pregnant I was really looking forward to some relaxing time after an already mentally exhausting day & this place did the exact opposite. When I originally got home upset my husband told me not to even bother going back for them to fix the color & instead go elsewhere & pay for all new services but having already spent $130 on services & leaving both technicians $20 tip each for their time for a total of $170 spent on just gel nails & toes, even being it was subpar because I believe in the service industry I felt like I should have gotten my moneys worth. Looking back though I wish I had just gone elsewhere after the first bad experience! Only reason this place gets two starts from me is for its cleanliness.

So clean and quick! They do an awesome job, and we were able to get a walk-in mani/pedi. Highly recommend this place!
