        Loved working with Richard and his team! Extremely knowledgeable, patient and easy to work with as we navigated the purchase of our home. Second time using him and if/when we look to purchase another home; we will definitely be contacting Richard!!!

        Richard was horrible to deal with! He promised me all this stuff like lower interest rates and be able to close on time. He would not communicate at all. When he do wrong no apology at all. He quit first community and went to Summit funding with no communication till days after. He promised he could still get the loan done and that never happened. I was just strung along and no promises kept. I ended up having to go with another lender to put house up and buy the land myself or I would have lost the land I wanted. I do not recommend Richard Hoxworth with now Summit Funding.
