I had an issue with the mobile banking, so I went to the branch 50 minutes away to deposit the check. I was told a hold was placed on said deposit and no one could explain why. Spoke to a "supervisor" who overtalked me; misunderstanding what I was saying. Asked her to please stop talking so I can clarify and she hung up on me. We have been customers since 2014....good to know they really don't value customers anymore. 0 stars if I could

They always take forever to answer the phones and it always takes you to an automated message thats really hard to navigate. You have to call them and tell them when you are out of town which is great but if you travel frequently in can be a hassle. Everyone at the bosque location has been nice so far but Im just saying as a bank in general you can sign up for a another local bank they doesnt charge you as many fees monthly for a checking account as well and save you some money. Also they switched the app system and so far it hasnt been very very difficult and inconvenient to get set up.

It was so easy to set up an account. They did it really fast. We had to do it through the drive thru but it actually worked. Great job at this branch and happy to be with extraco.
