We had the pleasure of working with Katy after we saw the listing for our dream home. She was always quick to respond, great with advice when needed, and always had our best interest first and foremost. We had not gone through the homebuying process in over 12 years. My last memories were high stress and exhaustion. This was not even close the case while working with Katy. The hardest part was waiting with excitement to get the keys. Katy Lee went above and beyond to help guide us during our out-of-state purchase. She previewed properties, sent pictures/videos and educated us on the area. We casually looked at a house at the end of May. We told Katy we liked it, its mid-June and we have already moved into it!! And we had to sell our house first. She sold it in 2 days. I am a teacher and when we decided to list our house it was the last week of school. I told Katy I did not have the capacity to get our house ready and she said, I got you. She took care of everything. She is so wonderful, personable, upbeat, optimistic, caring and was in constant communication with our family throughout the whole process.
