Couldnt have had someone more knowledgeable and helpful to get my house sold, she made the whole process extremely easy, I was not always available having a heavy work schedule but Loni made everything happen! You can certainly count on Loni to get everything done and done right!

Loni was fantastic from start to finish. She showed us great houses in our price range, was super knowledgeable about Waco neighborhoods, and really understood our needs as a family with a new little one. Because she worked so diligently, we were able to get a 21 day close!

Loni is awesome! Back in 2022, she helped me find a rental property in one day after my divorce. She made nothing off of this, but did it just to help me out. I reached out to Loni once I was ready to buy a home and she did a thorough search and found us an amazing home!

I am not even sure where to start ! We reached out to Loni when my husband and I were looking for a home. Loni jumped at the opportunity to help us . Immediately she was sending us possible homes, she actually listened to what we were saying we wanted. When we found the home we really liked it was out of our price range .. I called her and said can we just ask . Loni didnt hesitate . She jumped right on my request. They accepted our offer and we had a few things to do on our own at the new house .. Loni was there with us every step of the way. I never had a missed called or unanswered text. When I say she is on top of things .. you can believe it ! 21 days from start to finish we closed on our home. To say Thank You is not even enough! We owe her big time! You wont be disappointed if you call on her!! Thank you again Loni for making our dream of owning a home a reality!
