Everyone in the office is completely rude! Gave them a date when I would be in to pay it off and was blown up everyday several times a day. Called to confirm pay off balance called back to pay it off confirmed what they were charging. For them to try and charge my card and extra $10 for a card fee that was not made aware of. Which amount pended in my account for 4 days call to let them know it was pending. Call that Saturday to confirm when they close was told 1:30 then 5 til 1 I called again to make sure the time was 1:30 and not 1. Was told they closed at 1. Today I had a family member run by there and pay cash just for them to then charge me $15 more because of a late fee due to them not telling me of the extra charge which caused the amount to pend which in return made me wait to pay them off. And again was super rude to my family member that came in there and made comments that I was having her go pay my bills. When I have been working from 7am to 6 pm everyday. And when I would speak to them on the phone they would tell me I didnt have a choice but to come in there that day.

The young lady I spoke with on Saturday. She was so much more helpful and had perfect customer service. Today, I dealt with a lady named Jackie. It was my second time calling back. The first time, she put me on hold for 7 minutes. The second, you could just tell she was rude. She asked about things on my credit. These items were due to an ex fiance. She asked to give her 15 minutes to speak with the lenders. She called back and said I was not approved. This was not helpful at all.
