Let me begin by saying the customer service at this store is top knotch. The woman who helped me on the floor was incredibly honest, polite, & genuinely helpful. She talked me out of buying a really fun, bright color because she was right that it would wash me out. I'm basically see through I'm so pale. She navigated my attention to a super cute light blue set & I was sold. I was able to make returns of my heinous online choices & have my money returned to my card. 10/10 love this store. I will not order online anymore. There's a reason they're trained in lingerie (bras). Trust them. Thanks, ladies!! Until next time, XOXO.

Does nobody know how to do their job anymore? Literally went in for an exchange that was a gift that I knew was online only. The first girl at the cash register proceeded to tell me theyre over there just grab your size and pointed off to the left of the store. I asked her are you sure? She said yep and pointed off in the distance. Couldnt find them so went back up. The first girl was gone so I went to a different girl. She told me oh ya, theyre online only. So I was like well okay cool I just want to exchange for a different size. While she was in the process of trying to exchange, she was talking about how her other coworkers werent doing their job correctly and she always had to pick up the slack. Literally after saying that it turns out she returned my items in one transaction and the proceeded to try and get me to pay for what I was trying to exchange. She completely messed up by not making it one transaction. It was a gift so I was not going to pay for it. I just stared at her and she shrugged with a smile on her face and said sorry. Never shopping here again.
