IM Life Coaching. was one of the best things that happened to me. The tools Ingrid shared and her positive reinforcement moved me from fearfully hiding in the shadows of my dreams to successfully navigating the game of life. Fast forward to May 2021, after applying the coaching principles on my own for a few years and recalling how helpful Ingrids coaching had been for me, I felt that my newly retired phase of life could benefit from coaching so I reached back out to Ingrid. Five months later I have navigated some very choppy waters with focus, ease and grace from our 1-hour monthly coaching sessions (by phone) and I am setting more and more goals worth playing for. I consider her a God-send and highly recommended her.
