I am new to Allstate and I am glad I changed. I received the policy I wanted, and saved several hundreds of dollars. They have always answered my questions and follow up with me immediately. I use the app which keeps me involved with my policy. And I get rewards for good driving. I highly recommend Allstate. I have been with Allstate for a while now and I am completely satisfied. I had some life changes and Allstate helped update my coverage to match the changes. They are still a great value. I highly recommend Allstate in Waco with Tim Sherwood. I have now had to make a claim. I was very nervous taking pictures, giving the details of the incident, and what to do next. Allstate processed my claim immediately, sent an estimate that same day, and scheduled my rental. I received a check within days with a promise to work with the repair company if any surprises arise. I am so pleased with Tim Sherwood in Waco and Allstate.
