Shoes weren't up to date, I think this area is still being built up. As I'm typing I also think malls are not as 'happenin' anymore because of the thieving behavior, which is a shame because those jobs are normally a young teens first type of job.

They still had a decent selection and he found two pairs.
Unfortunately finding someone available to check out was impossible. When we found an open cashier station there was a long line. Nobody was at the jewelry counter so we asked if she could check us out. We were rudely told no, we need to wait in line. She wasn't doing anything but looking at her phone.
The slippers were left at the store. Sadly this has become all too common at JCPenny. I don't see us returning anytime soon.
