Circle K

Went by to get a coffee in the morning and as I approached the registers I noticed 2 were open. One was helping out one customer and the other cashier, Kat, didnt have anyone on her register. I asked her if she was open since I was the next person in line. She ignored my question and simply pointed for me to put my stuff on the counter. She did not say a word during our interaction, just a terrible attitude all around. If Kat is usually this rude, you will have a lot of customers like myself that wont be returning. A simple greeting would do, but this cashier acted like I, the customer, was an inconvenience to her day.

So I have repeatedly stopped in at this Circle K for fuel and repeatedly they never have paper in the gas pumps to give you a receipt OR it says see clerk which really aggravates me! I have repeatedly gone in and talked to multiple workers about the lack of paper in gas pumps and they NEVER EVER fix the problem. So then I went in and spoke to store manager and thought that maybe the other employees had not given the information to the manager. It seems that the Manager does not really think its important to take care of customer concerns because it still has no paper or says see clerk. Im I wanted to go in and buy something I would just pay for my gas inside. However I do not! Cant ever get a receipt for my records unless you go inside. What a pain in the butt! Doesnt make me want to get fuel here anymore thats for sure.

Customer service is at best below average and the pumps are always broke, seems to be going down hill fairly quickly.
