Sold this company a engine in August 2022 and was shipped to J & J Automotive in Chico, Ca and all auto parts claimed engine was bad which we called the shop and he said the engine was perfect with no problems, we also called the owner of Vechile Ryan Morris and he said car is still running great but All auto did a chargeback on credit card and claims it is bad but it was not and then if its bad we should of receive dengine back for credit card company to do a chargeback which we never did!!! Very dishonest company!!!!

Scam!! Please beware They aren't located at tge address in Waco, Tx. They took our money abd the motor back, it was defected. We have yet to get our refund Don't want them to do this to you

I ordered a Honda Accord engine with 89,000 miles on it. I was told it would be delivered in a week. I set up the auto shop for the work to be done. The engine didn't come untill after a month and I missed my engine install date because of the delivery delay. The motor came in with a cracked block. I ran the VIN on the motor and it had over 140,000 miles on it. I called the store and they said it wasn't install and diagnosis within 10 day so they told me to F off. I told them I would contact consumer fraud in Texas and they said go ahead because this is what they do. I even paid extra for a longer warranty because they said I would be completely covered for six months. They lied and are scam artists. Consumer beware...

Glad I did not go through with the transaction. Total Scam. Pulling a classic bait and switch. Wanted me to buy the engine without any documentation. First sent me to billing when I asked to have a price quote sent. When I asked them, they hung up on me. When I called back and asked the sales rep Rolphy for the invoice, they sent it and it couldn't have made it more generic; no stips, no specifics on the engine, not even legal jargon. Read the other real reviews and avoid at all costs. They're putting fake ones on here to boost their review rating.

I can’t believe this company is still doing business after all the negative reviews, rip-offs and scams that have been reported against them and it is all true because it happened to me. You get a pic of an engine that Rolphy says has good compression, low miles… make a payment and then you can’t get in touch with them. Finally your part shows up weeks later and it looks like crap that they pulled out of a lake. Mechanic installs it and it immediately starts knocking and smoking… then you read the fine print on the invoice stating has to be installed within 10 days of receiving it. Ok fine. You then have to pay your mechanic to uninstall it and pay to ship it back. But they start giving you the run around with the lies and bullshit!! I’m in Fort Worth which is only a hour half away and they absolutely didn’t want me to come there to pick up the engine or come see it because it voids the warranty if we load it ourselves. The fact is these bitches didn’t even have the engine there… it came from a salvage yard in Kentucky…SO PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE READ THE OTHER REVIEWS. THEY DO IT TO EVERYONE.
