James Rainey

I don't like having to deal with lawyers, but R&R was really helpful when it came time to handle all the legal mumbojumbo, that came with time handling my father's estate. I appreciate how they did their best to make everything as easy as possible for me, because estate matters can be a real headache to deal with. The t entire experience, everything from having the will drawn up to to having it probated after my father's passing, R&R was a really big help. I personally suggest anyone looking for legal advice should keep these people in mind I'm glad I called them.

Rainey and Rainey has helped me on several occasions with regards to handling family business. They have also provided information and guidance to me related to business decisions Ive needed to make. I could not wish for a more pleasant, competent, and efficient law firm than Rainey and Rainey. I am especially grateful to Sarah Kendrick for preparing estate settlement documents. She explained the difference between a will and a trust, the difference between assets undergoing probation and those not, and much else. (I still may not be using terms correctly, but you can trust these professionals.)
