        This property is in a very dangerous secluded area. There is so much crime that goes unreported. Nadiya the office manager is the most rude and unprofessional person you ever met. The property is old and decaying. Crime is high. Stay away from this place particularly Nadiya who has a criminal mentality, it is rumored that she has her maintenance people break into residence homes and steal laptops. Read all the negative reviews carefully it might save your life literally. Stay away!

        Aspen Heights management team was beyond helpful in getting my roommates and I through the application process! They also were very quick to reply to emails and answer any other questions we had. We are now set for the fall at this point and could not be more excited to live in Aspen Heights!

        Spacious housing, safe environment. Plenty of amenities, accessible pool, basketball and sand volleyball court.

        This is a great place to live. Nice houses and maintenance requests are filled quickly. In the future it would be awesome to see a real gym that residents can use. Overall would live here again and highly reccomend
