I first contacted Mari Garcia on friday evening Dec 9 2022 and 5 weeks later to the date on friday Jan 13 2023 i closed on my beautiful home in Victoria Tx!!! Now here is a quick summary of the 5 weeks in between : Mari was EXTREMELY professional, answering imediately every single email, text, and phone call i made to her (she made herself completely available and accessable). She was extremely knowledgeable of the current housing market and led me hand in hand side by side throughout the entire process. From showing me homes to explaining comparables and getting me in contact with options to choose from many different service providers. She put me in contact with local providers who offered veteran discounts and she is part of the national Homes for Heroes program. She truly made me feel that we were a team and she had my best interests at the beginning of all her decisions. She is a go getter, she is very self motivated, and i am very thankful God placed her in my life professionaly for this milestone in my life. To any and all veterans i strongly recommend Mari as your realtor for buying selling or just asking questions about housing market. You will not be disappointed.
