Jacob Realty did an awesome job in the sale of my home. It was quickly listed, and Tina thoroughly explained the process.
Throughout all the documents that were needed to complete the sell, she was extremely quick in notifying me of anything missing or required. Jacob Realty is a very professional firm whose work and products would compare to any, even from larger cities. The pictures of our property were excellent and even included overhead shots from a drone. Tina is very responsive to any questions or concerns, including on weekends. In the end, results speak...our property sold on the first weekend that it was shown!

I have known Tina with Jacob Realty for several years and I decided to use her as my buying agent in my home shopping process because I knew she had a strong reputation for an honest realtor. She blew away my expectations and was absolutely phenomenal in every step of the buying process!
Tina was extremely knowledgable and knew every pro or con to look for in the dozen plus or so homes we looked at. She never tried to push a home on us - she was honest when she saw something alarming or of concern. When we finally put a contract on a house it didn't stop there. Tina was thorough in the inspection process and got us all the updates we asked for after inspection - and some. All the way up until the close Tina negotiated for us like it was her own home she was buying. She saved me thousands of dollars and taught me a lot in the process.
For a first time home buyer, Tina was an absolutely lifesaver. She was professional, assertive, punctual and accommodated our unique schedule and needs to help us find our dream home. I would never go with another realtor besides Tina for a home purchase. I would highly recommend her.
