        Absolutely AWEFUL. Poor customer service , you have to call them, over charge, bad service, battery dies in ONE year and needed a new one, other friends had the same problem. DO NOT USE .

        Amazing team. I've been having loads of issues with a generator (bought somewhere else) and Wendt has gone above and beyond to help me get it going again. Kenny (technician), Pam and McKenzie have been great to work with!

        Weve had nothing but issues with our Generac and Wendt cant seem to be bothered to get it working, even after paying $500 to trouble shoot it. Their maintenance plan is also worthless in my experience.

        The worst service possible. No returned calls for 3 days. No listening for my problem. Each time I had a problem with the Generac I was NOT helped. I feel victimized
