As a systems administrator and sole IT support of a small business with multiple datacenters, I've used ConsultIP since 2012 and have been very pleased with the services they provide. They evaluate voice, data center, telecom and cloud options, to name a few, before giving me a shortlist of options that I should consider. It doesn't matter if it's mission critical or standard SLA business services. All of this is based on my requirements, the install timeframe, the customer service reputation of the vendors, pricing, and other criteria. Since ConsultIP closely works with the telecom, network and various computer industries on a daily basis, I can quickly receive quotes and results from qualified vendors. Further, their service saves me a lot of time, phone calls and headaches since I don't have to speak with every possible vendor. Lastly, they provide support on your behalf if you use their recommended provider but are not getting the results you expect (ex: later than expected status update on a fiber outage). I highly recommend their services to any IT professional that needs to provide a la carte or turnkey solutions without having to compare each possible provider or speak to every salesman.
