R & J Pool Spa & Deck answered my call without identifying the business. When I explained what services I need, I was told I would be put on the schedule in 2 to 3 weeks, after I texted in contact information and pictures of my pool and equipment. I texted my information that evening and in response I received a terse recommendation for a pool equipment supplier. I explained again that I am a new pool owner and need repairs and maintenance. The next morning I received a text saying, "No maintenance available" - that was the whole text. R & J Pools Spa & Deck demonstrated very clearly that they don't want any business.

Great service, value, and flexibility! We have been using R&J for several years now and have no complaints. We have never had a green pool on their watch.

My wife called and the person answering the phone was rude, and dismissive. He talked over her, and overall doest have very good customer service skills. Will definitely go somewhere else even if it cost more.
