Helen Xie 1/21/2018 5.0 I am from Canada and Bill took my family's total loss insurance case right away. At first when we want to get an appraiser to get more settlement for our total loss vehicle, we were not very confident in our decision and Bill was very patient and explained the whole process very thoroughly and we just let him took care of everything from there on. The whole process took almost three months in which the procedure would have drive us mad if we were dealing with the insurance ourselves, but Bill was very patient and took care of everything and in the end we got a fair settlement. Bill was very effective and he response very fast if you have any question.

After my truck was stolen my insurance company was offering well below what I thought it was worth. I decided to exercise the appraisal clause which allows me to hire an appraiser and have them negotiate with the insurance company appraiser. When I spoke with Bill, it sounded to me to good and easy to be true. But once I told Bill the I wanted to hire him, he said send me what you have and I will take care of it". He said it would take about 7-10 days. A week later he called to let me know that they settled for $8000. More than the original offer. I could not be more happy with the outcome and the ease of the process. I highly recommend their service to anyone dealing with an insurance company. One of the first things first Bill said to me"give me in1% of your trust and I will earn the other 99%". This may sound fishy. but it 100% accurate. Thanks Bill.
