The BEST customer service. After waking up on the wrong side of the bed today and being confused about some of their online policies, I called the store today. They were really busy so nobody answered the phones for a few hours, so I got disgruntled and sent a harsh email which I wish I could retract. Called a couple hours later one last time and they picked up immediately, had a great conversation and he reassured me 100% regarding online ordering and policies. A very polite man. I feel bad for hounding them when theyre a busy, small shop. Keep up the great work! Will do business again

One of the best gun stores online ordered two guns from them and it came 3 or 4 days ordered on the weekend and it came on a thursday. i love this online gun shop and the best prices ever. dont hesitate buy with confidence. Dont mind the bad reviews this is a legit store.

Ordered a handgun and their product page clearly stated that 3 magazines were included. It came with 2. I accepted the gun at the FFL because I figured it would be a simple correction as other gun retailers have been fantastic in the past. First time dealing with G4G. I contacted G4G and they said Sorry, thats a typo on our end. Leave the gun at the FFL and well arrange to have it sent back. I said I already picked it up and just want the magazine. Nothing wrong with the gun. They keep rubbing their policy in my face that states Sorry, you picked it up from the FFL so its out of our hands now after admitting the error was on THEIR end, not the manufacturers or the FFLs. I'm not shipping the entire gun back because they shorted me a magazine. I inspected the gun and it was fine. They corrected their website to include 2 magazines shortly after. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere. If this is how they react to a small issue like this, I cant imagine how theyll treat bigger ones. A real business would have just sent a magazine or a credit.
