Whoever worked in Aubrey 3/8/22 needs to learn to keep that phone down while driving before he hurts someone. Some young guy was on the wrong side of the road and didn't even see me coming before he turned on Brockett st. Pay attention before you get that company a lawsuit.

Our heater stopped working. Taylormade was able to come out the next day. Jason showed up on time. We were informed via texting. Jason was a very polite man and very thorough in his work. He checked out the system very thoroughly and found some loose wires at a terminal block in the air handler. He tightened all connections, checked out the blower motor, etc. and all was working well. I will be calling them again for service when we need it. Service: Repair heating system

So the panel that was initially installed started glitching, I called, they said it was a known problem with these. They came out, replaced it but did not tell how to update the app so I can connect using nexia. When the first cold spell hit the heater did not come on, I called, they came out said nothing was wrong and charged me $100 to do nothing and it is still not working...very, very disappointed with their service. Look at these pics and tell me how there's nothing wrong and it's working as it should, then charge me another $100 for doing nothing. I am impressed with the wide knowledge the Tech showed. He knew his limitation when it came to the subject of mold in a a/c grille. He knew the Specialty Company that could help me to analyze my problem with his special equipment. Bill Bowman

I would like to say that the Trane Heat/AC unit has worked extremely well. I wish I could give them a higher rating, but I cannot. When we made the deal there was a promotion for $750 from oncor when you installed an efficient unit. The unit I purchased qualified for this promotion. I was told it would take about 8 weeks for this to come through. Well, COVID hit and I figured that things were backed up so I let it go for a while. After giving them 8 months I started calling. The person I needed to talk to was never there. I have called repeatedly trying to reach anyone that could tell me what was going on. I was told they would call me back countless times, and finally one time they did. I was told they would look into it and get back to me. That still hasn't happened and after calling more I've never been able to get anything more from them. It has been nearly 2 years now. At this point I am about to give up. They sell a great product (so do other companies), but do not trust that you will receive the promotion deal they promise you.
