Burger King

My Husband Whopper was cold We always order a special burger that way I know it comes out fresh we only ordered mayo, lettuce, and pickles and I ordered the original chicken sandwich with mayo, lettuce, mustard, and onions. The male on my sandwich was old like they had that burger sitting there for a bit, and they added the ingredients and it was cold and the bread. The bottom bun was hard and I called him and I called him and I called him and no one answered, and I didnt even get a receipt. Did not give me a receipt. Proof of my purchase the only thing I have is the order receipt that came tagged on the bag and I asked My Husband hows your whopper? Hes like its cold. The food was cold. I live down the street a block away so theres no reason for our food to be cold.

If I could leave no stars I would, my order is always wrong. The meat isn't real it's cardboard like (white beef), tried to over charge $20 for something I didn't order. The manager is so rude the way she treats her employees is upsetting and disgusting, they look miserable. They need to bring back the other meat they used to use and hire management that respects employees like human beings.
