he was a good dentist but now has closed and left patients in uvalde, tx out in the cold because he left no was to get out records.

DR. TIFFE was extremely rude. Does not care what you have to say or ask about during your appt. pushes you to get dental work you do not need done. Please find somewhere else to go. Youll be happier. AIDE NOTE: his dental tech is wonderful and does great cleaning. Other than that. Find a different dentist.

This office will literally lock the door on you if you are less than 10 minutes late! This happened to my husband today at Tiffees office. It just shows that they do not care about the patient. This was my husband's first time ever being late to any of his appointments their after years of going to Tiffees. We never complain when they take almost an hour to call you back during appointments. I did call the office to let them know my husband was outside and Tiffee answered, he said "Well he's late and now there's no time!" I expected him to be professional and say lets reschedule or be helpful in some way, but it was the total opposite. Even the receptionist I had spoken to previously sounded annoyed and rude. We will be going to a different dentist after today.

Required to have full social security number to make an appointment. Even after providing FULL insurance information with insurance company name, address, phone number and all applicable insurance numbers. After calling my insurance provider, BCBS they said that providing your SS # is unnecessary. First time in fifty years I have had to provide a FULL social security number for ANY provider with giving them all “necessary” and insurance information. NEVER give you ss# to ANYONE
