Moved in January 2023 and issues with plumbing and foundation prior were never addressed. Multiple tenant service issues on portal were closed immediately and never taken care of. Then I reported it to code compliance and was told to move out because the house was going to be without plumbing and water. All of a sudden they want to fix things that was known prior to renting out. No communication or solutions; nothing but excuses ..John Estrada (manager) plans he never knew the extent of issues..

THE BIGGEST 5 Star rating to John and his team of professionals. I have gone through 3 property management companies and fired the first 2 for doing substandard work. John and his team unrolled the red carpet for me in every aspect of the business. Whether it be questions past closing time or concerns with my tenants/property, they are always available to help and very responsive! (that is a big one for me). Overall, I find life is a lot more peaceful when you work with professionals and I found that in All County Alamo Property Management.

this is a scam they are trying to get you to put in an application fee on a property that's already rented They give you the wrong door code and never answer the phone and it shows on mls its already rented out.
