Logan was everything good in a car salesman and nothing bad. We found him to be trustworthy, honest, dependable, and fair. He makes sure his cars are of the best used quality, and he is forthright with information. We could not have hoped for an easier and more positive car-buying experience. We HIGHLY recommend House of Cars. Follow up 2024: I am still driving the car I purchased, and now two of my teenage children have also purchased cars here. Each time Logan and Dillon were upfront about any potential issues with the car, and they were friendly and willing to work with us. I still highly recommend House of Cars.

Originally I found out about the sale of a Seadoo Spark on Facebook Marketplace. Then found the Spark on the House of Cars website. The Spark was advertised for over two weeks as a 2023 model. I asked the dealership to confirm the details of the vehicle March 24th 2024. They said it was in clean condition with only 16 hours on it. I followed up today asking about the color of the Spark. I noticed that the color of the Spark advertised was not offered in 2023. The response was I was wrong, its a 2021 I find it very surprising that a dealership doesnt know the model year of a vehicle they have advertised on line for over 2 weeks. I asked for a reduction in the price because a 2021 is not worth as much as a 2023. The House of Cars representative even admitted to me about the price its fair for a 21, its cheap for a 23 and went further saying Im not negotiating. It will sell tomorrow I am disappointed that no attempt was made to try and make things right and try and earn my business. House of Cars made a mistake, I did not. In my experience, this dealership is not very customer service friendly and accommodating. Just very defensive.The representative even accused me of just being mad because I did not get a reduction in the price. I have every right to ask for a price reduction based on changes in the model year. Buyer beware.Just sharing my experience.
