Horrible management. We moved out in early July and for some reason our electricity was never switched to the office, so my husband was unknowingly drafting payments to pay for the electricity bill at the townhome we left. When I discovered it, the manager refused to reimburse us for the payments WE paid for the maintenance air conditioning all summer as it has not yet been rented. She stated it was our fault for not checking to see if the company had actually inactivated the account. When we moved in, we had to provide paper proof the utilities were in our name, so why doesn't this office provide proof the electricity is back in their name when we move out? Instead, they let us pay the bill all summer rather than checking to see if it was properly back in their name. Trash. Also, while the office entered our property to provide maintenance on air conditioner, they mistakenly locked up the alarm system which required breaking down our back door in order to get in. Not only was glass ALL OVER the house and patio, I had to cover the opening with taped up garbage bags for WEEKS!! In the heat of the summer too! The wind would blow, then I had to go clean glass up as it continued to fall until they finally installed the new door. All this with a one year old in the house... trying to keep her from getting into the glass. Plus the threats of towing your vehicles if it isn't parked where they want it, despite there being no open spaces at times... it was just ridiculous.
