We was visiting our daughter for homecoming and the car wouldnt start. Not knowing any mechanic shops in the area we googled but confirmed with people we knew. We suspected the starter , called explained what we was experiencing. They instantly sent a tow truck and guanteeed they would be finished by 5:00pm, keep in mind we are out of state celebrating homecoming . So we Uber until back to the hotel. Received a call that stated car was ready and it wasnt the starter it was a bolt loose . Great service, fast service and honest The couple from Alabama appreciate you and your service

This company will over charge you. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE shop around before you come here. When Norman the old owner worked there he did everything to help you out and not charge you an arm and a leg like a normal dealership would that is why most people come to these shops after all Right? I went in last week to fix a radiator on my vehicle the new owner Mario said it was going to be 900 dollars he said the radiator was $449.00 Labor $362.50 New cap 27.20 and Fluid 61.10. It seemed like a lot to me but I needed it done. I called Toyota but they needed to get back to me so I just went ahead and did it. The next day I got home and realized that the paper work info didnt match my vehicle description for the warranty if I needed to go back so I went back the next day to correct it the owner was not there however one of the workers that was there brought all the paper work out and showed me that the cap was $14 and the radiator was $235 so now I was a little upset on being overcharged on both things I spoke with the owner several times and he didnt seem to care he just kept saying it was for the warranty like. Really doubling on everything? Anyways this morning Toyota called me and went over prices with me they stated the radiator would be $224 Labor $224.95 Fluid $26.66 New cap $21.30 and Diagnostic fee of $150.00 but would actually wave the fee. So I would have only paid $519.76 saving $380.24. I hope people do not do business here I have actually came and brought my vehicle several times to them but I will no longer be doing business here nor my husband it also could be a race thing as my husband is Caucasian because they think we have money or something who knows but I do know he is ripping people off please do your research when fixing your vehicle.
