        If I could give 0 stars I would, such a horrible experience. You advertise bring us your taxes for a second look, this year I tried it out. I use TurboTax and will continue. I was questioning our taxes due to scholarship $ received and a much lower return. I went online and made an appointment to drop off and talk with a consultant for March 3rd. I went in and was approached by Johnny at the front desk, there was no 15 minute consult. I voiced my concerns and asked my questions and was told he would send a text link to provide more information. I never heard from anyone, so on April 4th I called and come to find he hadn't even looked at my taxes. This whole experience was a joke, would not ever recommend H&R Block to anyone!

        Apparently when you set an appointment for 11 and it's 11:30 and still ha emt been seen a walk in takes priority over a scheduled appointment. What an absolute joke this place is.
