I'm also a Texas REALTOR and worked with Brad Ledford to purchase a home and adjacent lot in Hideaway (we knew we would need greater support handling a transaction remotely from across the state).
After a whirlwind tour of homes in one day, we entered into contract and returned home. Brad took care of everything nicely, including attending inspection and handling quite a bit of back & forth between us and the sellers, both before and after closing (due to a repair issue that couldn't be resolved in time for closing).

We liked the Burks team approach in selling realestate. Everyone on the team is involved one way or another to get your home sold. The market right now is not the greatest for the seller because of higher interest rates and home prices continuing to go up but we finally found someone that loved our house and we were able to move on.
