Selling, buying and moving is an extremely stressful time but these two alleviated so much stress and worked harder than any realty team that I have ever dealt with. Larry's professional photography was incredible and complemented Andrea's hands on staging with both accenting the very best features of our home. They are responsive, insightful, and treat you like family. We could not have been happier with their incredible marketing skills only overshadowed by their compassion and always being the "calm in the storm". Me and my boyfriend went to look at a nice apartment in Troup, and we met up with Andrea. She was really nice and let us do the application free of charge, but she never got back to us saying whether we were approved or denied. We tried to get in contact with her several times and she blocked the calls, and the only response we received from text was her saying send other people we knew to her. Andrea was NOT professional at all. If we were denied, or she didn't want us living there because we were students or "too young", then she should have said so and not let us get an application. If we were denied for some reason, the professional thing to do would to have been to tell us why we were denied. Completely ignoring someone is unprofessional and rude. After dealing with all of this I'm glad we didn't end up staying at those apartments. I wouldn't recommend going through them.
