Don't go here for ultrasounds. The sonographer, Lauren, told me she wouldn't show us our baby till she finished. When she finished she showed us the baby's head for about twenty seconds and said that was it. Didn't even get to hear heartbeat. Also, they don't give you photos. When I asked I was given a medical request form that I had to take to a separate office to get a copy of the ultrasound on a cd. Just opened cd and she didn't save any of our baby's pictures.

I have been a patient in the Rhuematology depth for about a year. Dr. Schneider is an absolute Godsend! She is knowledgeable, kind, compassionate, empathetic, has a great bedside manner, and she really listens to the patient. She values your input and discusses options at length. She comes highly recommended! Great facility. You can check in online thru the MyChart and never have to wait on lobby for more than 10 minutes...less at times. Office staff is very friendly. Nurses ROCK! Special shout-out to the Infusion Nurses. I will continue treatment with this facility as long as I'm able to. KUDOS!

This office double billed my wife and our insurer for the same procedure and medication. When I contacted the Tyler Christus Business Center ("CBC") about it, they just referred me back to the Dr.'s office. I asked to speak to a CBC supervisor, but no one ever returned my call. For unexplained reasons, the CBC does not allow patients into their office. The CBC requires all issues to be resolved over the phone. Moreover, the CBC provides itemized billing statements only upon special request. This substantially adds to the time required and difficulty in resolving any disputes over the phone. The only possible explanation for not meeting personally with their patients is that such delay and difficulty causes most patients and insurers to give up and just pay the disputed amounts. Likewise, the Dr.'s staff only referred us back to the CBC, and advised us to contact our insurer and review our Explanation of Benefits. Incredibly, the office supervisor, Ms. Sherry Kruger, intentionally hung up on me while I was attempting to obtain more information about the status of our dispute. After almost 2 weeks of constant phone calls, emails, and office visits, the finally Clinic admitted its mistake and reversed the double charges. The whole experience, including the CBC's evasive behavior, has been worse than dealing with the Keystone Cops. Given the difficulty dealing with the Christus Business Office, I would recommend anyone other than a Christus doctor.
