        My daughter and I both receive primary care at this location. The nurses, doctors and ancillary staff are courteous and caring. Wait times are as expected at a doctors office. Having a small child go to the doctor isnt fun because its almost always to get immunizations, but they do it as quickly and carefully as is possible.

        Provided billing authorization since appt on 3/1 and they continue to bill who ever they want, i called Ut Tyler billing, UT Tyler 5th Street Billing, no one cares that they are billing the wrong people. referrals aren't submitted to VA,
