My daughter had an obvious ear infections and after calling her doctor and every single dr on staff didnt have a single opening for 8 days and instead of squeezing us in no matter the time or day on our end they turned my daughter away. What could have been a short 20 minute appointment they turned a child who already sees a dr there away.

This was for years a 5 star place I loved to have my kids go under Dr Eagleton. She was everything you would want in a doctor for your children. However since then we have been assigned a new doctor whom regardless of the obvious and the chart in front her had to get political and ask if my little girl " DO YOU KNOW IF YOU ARE A GIRL OR A BOY?" If you believe sex is objective please explain to me exactly what you attended school for? You have given away your credibility right then and right there. This is tantamount to unwanted evangelism and this political trash is now in my childrens care provider? Christus, the medical board, the staff and everyone should be ashamed of you.

Ive never been run through so many hoops just to get anything done. Need a document, you have to come in and be seen (charged) for 5min. for that. You have insurance, right? Took them months to get my referral to a specialist through, and thats only because I had to take time off to hand deliver it since the staff refused to resend it directly to the UT coordinator by their request to expedite it. Now, I have to take more time off from work just to get a paper signed, a document already backed by the VA. To then have the staffer say,..then take it to the VA to deal with it. Worst care Ive ever received.

Broadway Commons has a staff person that has tattooes from wrist all the way up arms. I asked, "Why doesn't she or he wear long sleeves, or a jacket?' The very rude CEO said, "They don't have to." It looks nasty and unsanitary and I told them I did not want them to touch me. I was denied medical services because of this, and was told to make another appt.( after driving 50 miles to my appt.) or accept it. When I replied, "Guess I'll find another doctor, the CEO said, "You do that, that's what we want you to do." He didn't care how I was feeling or why I made the appt. Christus should check into this and do something about it. My husband and I have been going to this Clinic for several years and this kind of treatment to long time patients was uncalled for. He could have gotten another person to put me in a room to take my blood pressure, and temp so I could have had my appt. Linda

Had a horrible experience with my doctors I was referred to the incorrect specialist and had to pay that specialist to just refer me to another.
