        Normally Christus is our go to. Arrived today and signed in on the clipboard like it said, at 127pm. Proceeded to watch at least 3 people arrive and get seen, and we still had not been called to get checked in. Lady at the front desk got up from her seat multiple times to look at the clipboard, just to ignore my sick child's name. I wasted an hour of my time and exposed my already sick child to the other patients unnecessarily. I now have to go to Walgreens to buy an at home flu test because I don't have all day to sit in a waiting room being ignored. If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would!!!

        Went in this morning around 11am with a nasty ear ache. Pat was our competent LVN who got us to an exam room and Lisa was the engaging NP who assessed my problem, examined my ears and sent me home with two Rx. I was relieved that I could get some treatment that would reduce the pain! Thank you!!
