        Darrell and Trey are AMAZING at what they do. Darrell worked with my fiance to build a beautiful custom engagement ring and I worked with Darrell and Trey both to build a custom wedding band. They ensure that every detail is exactly as you want it and are a pleasure to work with! They keep you informed every step of the way. I could not be more thankful and happy with my experience at the Tyler Helzberg.

        Now nothing toward the staff that works there they were actually great, but my problem lies in the diamond ring I purchased, I have had 5/6 small diamonds fall out and now the 1k diamond just fell out tonight after telling them I felt the prong sticking up more then the others, well low and behold it fell out and thank God I found it on my bedroom floor. Excuse me a 5K ring shouldnt be this poor of quality. I will find a jeweler who can do better work. Its sad also my mom is 80 and has been buying from Helzberg for 50+ years and wont even stand by some of their products that she bought yrs ago. Update Trey has been in contact with me over my ring, I went I today and have picked out a whole new ring, he has made me feel appreciated and validated over my issues. I will continue my relationship with Helzberg for life! He has made everything right! Thank you Trey and ladies for you excellent customer service and standing behind your product
