Assured Insulating

We had our attic spray foamed a few months ago with this company. Edgar and his crew put in open cell. We wanted to wait to do a review so that we could see how it went after the work was done. I must say those guys did an amazing job. It took them a while for clean out, since we had a lot of old insulation covered by another layer of newer insulation, so it was quite a job just for that. This was in the summer heat, mind you, but they got the cleanout and the spray foam done in about a day and a half, which was faster than I thought. Their communication wasn't the best, since I don't think they spoke much English, but it didn't bother us too much. My wife was about to give them a tip, but they left in such a hurry after it was done, she didn't get a chance to. I guess they must be pretty busy. I would recommend them to anyone, and I have done so since ours was done. Assured Insulation has certainly served us well and helped us to lower our electric bill. Keep up the good work.

I have known Chris Roberts and Paul Davis for several years. They have completed jobs on five different houses I own (rentals) as well as my place of business. Their work is flawless. They are very willing to work with my schedule and were excellent at communicating with me about how best to serve my specific needs. Their work crews were on time and left the job sites in tip-top condition. In fact, I will most definitely use them again and I highly recommend Assured for any and all insulating needs you have. Contacted Assured in late summer to have my attic insulated. Richard (sales rep) came out right away and gave me an estimate for the job which was reasonable. Worked with the company on scheduling the work in late September. Work was completed on schedule. The crew was experienced and efficient. Job was performed in 3 days which included removing the old insulation. Was invoiced for the exact amount of the quote. Was very pleased.

I was referred to Joe Berg at Assured Insulating by my Marvin Window installer after our home renovation. Assured added blow in insulation to my attic and put spray foam under my pier and beam home; a $6000 job. Of note, my supply and return air ducts were inspected and cleaned about a week prior to the insulating work by another contractor. With the referral I trusted that Assured was reputable. After 9 months my HVAC filters were turning black. Upon inspection, my return air ducts under my home were crushed and breached/broken in 4 places; I was sucking in outside air for the past several months. There was plenty of room for the two young men they sent out to work around the ducts, but obviously they crawled over them several times/places. I called Joe, told him I was disappointed and told him I thought he would like to know and offered pictures. He asked me to send pictures and he would "see what he could do". He never replied. Texted him a week later to let him know the repair bill from Doran Mechanical was $1500 and I was disappointed to not hear back. No response. Very unprofessional; I'd steer clear of this company as there are too many other "reliable" companies. Unprofessional to not even follow up.
