Booked thru Expedia for 2 night but needed to change to 1 night was stated it was nonrefundable. However once I arrived to hotel they did not charge me. Unsure about booking thru Expedia anymore. The hotel was very clean staff were great we loved the hot breakfast and location is perfect for walking trail mall and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Actually a great cheap hotel. Very clean, ok breakfast. Front desk people were great. Only deducting a star for lack of filtered guest water like a water fountain. Tyler water is absolutely disgusting and smells like a lake, not going to drink it

This was a really nice hotel. It was the first time the hallways even smelled nice in a hallway. The breakfast was fulfilling, the room was nice, clean and felt warm and cozy from the beautiful colors! I definitely recommend this hotel.
Rooms: Cozy and warm welcome with beautiful colors.
Nearby activities: This is a good location with different restaurants, fast food, and places to go to.
Safety: Well lit up area that is nice and clean parking area.
Walkability: Different places around to eat, play,and shop.
Food & drinks: They offered a nice big breakfast hot, cold, or just a snack to take on the road.
Noteworthy details: Overall everything was nice,clean, and a friendly staff.

This is a GREAT hotel. Much better than most places I've stayed and REALLY CLEAN. Management has done a really good job with this location
