    The worst hotel I have been on my life, room door is not open,smell bad , I pay through booking and they charge me again for the room they charge me for deposit 100 dollars,I try to talk to front desk to give receipt they don't have access to give you a receipt they said we can't give you receipt.only our boss he can give you a receipt, be careful for deposit is not grantee to have your deposit back avoid avoid save your time and you money. They gave me a phone number to follow up for my deposit and the number is not on the service even.

    We stayed here for 10 days and would have left except out rate was non-refundable. The first room they gave us had mold and a broken vent in the bathroom so we asked for another room. The second room was better but we still had to use wipes to clean stuff up before we felt comfortable at all. We also found several cockroaches and had to buy roach killer. It says the room comes with a full breakfast - it was the worst breakfast I have ever seen at any hotel. I also asked if I could take some up to give my wife breakfast in bed and was told that if she wanted breakfast she would have to come get it herself. The pool was out of service - it seems like Choice Hotels are just running their places to the ground. We will not stay at a Quality Inn again.

Dear Ms. Ella, we apologize for the misunderstanding on the receipt issue. However, our desk clerk was correct when you make a reservation through a 3rd party such as booking, expedia, hotels ect . They do not allow us access to their receipts. It is blocked out and we have no information on the account. They require a receipt be emailed to the email on file at the time of check out. We have to way to give you a receipt for them sorry for the inconvenience. Also he was correct on the deposit only the general manager has access to these accounts because it contains your personal data. We did double check and your deposit was returned the afternoon you checked out. We thank you for choosing us as a stay and hope you return to allow us to make up and win your trust back. Please reach our manager at 906 595 6151 at anytime she will be very glad to help and speak with you . We want each guest to have a great stay.

Dear Mr. LLOyd we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you on your stay. We strive to provide a great stay for all guests. We have notified all staff concerning your issues especially lead maintenance department. Housekeepers have also been warned this is not acceptable at all. We do know our hotel needs an update with the owners have been working daily on getting this accomplished. We also strive make sure the breakfast is served as a hot breakfast including scrambled eggs sausage and side like potatoes or gravy and biscuits. Feel free at anytime to reach out to a manager if any department is lacking to provide a 100% great experience. The pool is an outdoor pool and is always closed during winter months. We also have the pool under remodel for the new summer as stated on our website. Sorry for the inconvenience on that. Please know we are working daily to strive to improve the property daily and our staff is working diligently to make all guest feel welcome and enjoy their stay.

Dear Mr. Lacy, please reach out to our manager and let her know what days you visited us. We have no record of this visit. we would definitely be glad to solve this issue. As we do not condone any staff to be rude at all. We would be glad to know the details and what issues arose. We want each guest to have a great stay and enjoy their visits. We are working everyday on repairs and upgrades on our property the new owner has several crews and maintenance on duty for this remodel. We apologize the property was let go for years but rest assured they are working hard to fix.
