I have never had any problem with this store up until lastnight. I went to load my Cash app card and cashier said that internet was really slow i confirmed my amount of $180. As soon as i got home rechecked my balaced and got a surprise to my deposit was cancelled at store. So yes i drive back up there and notify the cashier which its a guy and was completly rude and disrespectful. And was told no manager was on duty!!! At this point im irritated and spoke to Lisa which she was cashier that helped me out at the moment of transaction and they are claiming its a cash app issue no it clearly says 711 cancelled transaction. Which previous employee advised me that its not fist time this situation has happened employees pocket money. Tyler Pd has been notified and Corporate as well.

... I have no idea who runs this Corporate store, it has had problems since the day it opened 2 years ago. It always seems to have broken gas pumps. No one bothers to fill up the Windshield washer buckets with fluids, and that's been a problem since day one. When it first opened, after a few days, you could smell that Rancid smell of rotten food on the exterior south side wall ...And their Grill closes at 5 pm, but Why? The cashiers seem to be friendly and nice, and I have yet to try their foods. The only other positive thing, it's just 200 yards from my house. And they don't carry the full size 7-11 pizzas, like the 7-Eleven store at 2204 East SE LOOP 323, or like the other store at 11421 State Hwy 64, in Tyler.

Absolutely nasty boxes all over the floor every time I go in cashiers are rude and useless store always reaks of sewage

My wife and I stopped here yo buy gas. Horrible idea. We had our 9 yr old granddaughter with us. We get to the counter to pay and the young man is working the food side and comes to the checker and starts talking about his Trans lifestyle and what he was going to do when he got off. Wearing a too-too and his other plans. Some of what parts to service on a partner. This is getting the checker girl excited so she starts rubbing her breast. All this in front of my 9 yr old granddaughter. While she is doing this, he finishes a food order and wiping the sweat from his neck and holding the sandwich with the same hand. I could see the moisture and grime on the bread. This all happened May 30, 2023. Approx 9:15am. I'll add more later.
